Introduction
This week we are going to learn about another Saint. His name is John Vianney and he is from France. I think you will be able to see some similarities between John Vianney and Mary MacKillop.
John really was a very ordinary man. "He did not lead a dramatic, exciting life; he did not write any inspiring books; he was not clever or talented, and could not even pass his exams when he was young. He lived a simple life and tried with his whole heart to be a good priest and to help bring people close to God.
Let's read his story to learn about this man who became one of the great saints of the Church.
