Oh so many books about mums!
Here are a few books about mothers. Some are to do with Mother's Day and some are just about mothers in general. Teachers like to read these to children around the time of Mother's Day.
Each of these books, through their story and through the wonderful illustrations, tell us something about mothers, what they are like and what they like to do.

2. In your group, answer the questions on the sheet with as much detail as you can. Use your book to find the answers (The sheet is the same as the document below). The sheet will help you to talk about your book to the class next week.
3. In your group, decide who is going to say what in your talk to the class about your book. You might like to rehearse your talk. Because there won't be enough time to read your whole book to the class, you might like to choose a small part that your group liked the best and read that part out loud.
